For this investment home, MJK Consulting joined the project after the client had already made their selections. Our role was to coordinate with suppliers to gather all selection details and compile them into a comprehensive Selections Book, ensuring a smooth build process with clear documentation.

The client opted for a monochromatic colour palette, featuring shades of grey, black, and white for a timeless and modern aesthetic. The home’s front façade showcased grey brickwork, complemented by a Monument roof and Monument window frames for a sleek, cohesive exterior.

Inside, the client maintained a light and bright approach, choosing white cabinetry in the kitchen to enhance openness and contrast beautifully with their selections. The bathrooms featured a classic mix of white and grey tiles, ensuring a neutral yet elegant space.

By structuring these choices into a detailed Selections Book, we provided the client with a clear roadmap for their build, ensuring consistency and easy reference throughout the construction process.
